I am an integrative
counsellor and have
been working with
adults on a one-to-one
basis since 2014. Prior to this I have worked in both the corporate world and non-profit sectors and have been self-employed for eight years. During this time, I have followed my passion for being and working in the natural world and of exploring with others the human capacity to recover and grow. I am an experienced meditator, a beginner yoga practitioner and a fellow traveller in what seems an increasingly confused and divided world.

If your vehicle is involved in an accident

If you can, move your vehicle out of the road and turn on your flashers. Place your warning triangles in front of and behind your vehicle. Stand a safe distance away and call for help.​

Call the police, particularly if there is substantial accident damage or if anyone is injured or becoming confrontational. Remember to request the investigating officer's name and for the accident report number so that you can follow up later.​

Take photos of the scene and accident damage or draw a picture showing the car's positions. 

Record It !

Once you are safe, check yourself and your passengers to ensure that no one is injured. Call for an ambulance if you are in any doubt or inform the police that you need one when you contact them.

Write down the name, address, phone-number, number plate and insurance details of other drivers that were involved in the accident, don't forget the names of any witnesses and other people with injuries. Do not get involved in any arguing over who is at fault and do not admit blame.​
